Perhaps you've been feeling like you are on mile 3 of a marathon and you're already feeling gassed and out of energy. Too often we don't realize or are unwilling to face the extra weight that we carry and how it slows us down and gets in the way. When we throw off the things from our life that trip us up and weigh us down, we are then better equipped to run the journey of life with endurance.
